That community had a desire to give to poor sufferers shelter and comfort and decided to make their decision come true”. The Almhouse was assigned for keeping sick, unable and poor old Greeks. Active participation in the sponsorship and building was taken by Zosim Brothers Anastasii and Mykola. For their own savingsthey bought bedclothes, blankets, mattresses, warm clothes and some other items of the first need for sick people.
