Peter and Paul heat church of the Annunciation monastery with a bell tower (1804-1814) is a bricked two-story building, which faced to Cathedral Square.

It was built on the funds of Archimandrite Victor Chernyaev at the eastern corner of the monastery. The church is located above the shops, on the second floor. To the eastern altar part of the church adjoins a bell tower, which stood above the building with a second octagonal tier. The clock was set on the bell tower.The second tier and the chimes were not preserved. From the north side to the church there were two-story Igumen's rooms, and in the first they placed a common refectory (1817).
